YOUTH NEXUS IS LOOKING FOR ARTISTS!!

What is Youth Nexus?
We are a youth philanthropy board that provides leadership opportunities for youth around Butte County to make a change in their community.

What are we looking for?
High school artists in Butte County willing to dedicate time and energy to help create a mural in Downtown Chico.

What should YOU expect?
Expect to have your artwork combined with other youth’s artwork on a mural downtown. You will also have the opportunity to work with a local Chico artist. You will be part of establishing a landmark You will also be representing your community and yourself.

What do YOU do?
Show us a piece of your artwork on a sheet of paper no bigger than 11”X15”.
Your piece is due by no later than Feb. 21st at 5 pm (mailing address at bottom)
Entries can be delivered by mail or in person.

What should YOUR art represent?
Show us how you as an individual interpret the title “PEACES OF CHICO”.
Youth Nexus chose this theme because youth represent our community. Youth also add culture, diversity and individuality.
