FUNDRAISER- We chose a fundraiser. It is going to be a pizza night/ bake sale at Round Table pizza in Chico. We are also going to be running a photo booth at the next Live Spot dance on February 16.

GRANT WRITING- Grant writing is planning for the upcoming workshops (Feb. 1 and 3). A grant application was just recently sent in. The grant is for $15,000 to go towards the mural and mini-grants. We made a video!

COMMUNITY SERVICE- The date for the mural is Sunday April 28. There is a call for artists in progress. Since the location for the mural is right across the street from CN&R, we're looking into getting some kind of news coverage from them. We are also looking into getting coverage from a radio station, Channel 12 news, and also getting food donations for the artists.

CIVIC ACTION- A rough draft for the open mic night flyer was made. Oroville open mic night is next Friday (Jan. 26) at Mugshots from 7-9:30. We are still looking to get an interview on the local radio stations.
