4/12 Meeting Notes

Hey Nexians!!
For those of you who could NOT make the last meeting...
this is what happened..
-Relay For Life:
----WE ARE OFFICIALLY A TEAM! YIPPEE!!
if you have not gotten a release form, fundraising packet
and the waivers, PLEASE contact me ASAP!
----We will be hosting TWO fundraisers..
one in Oroville and one in Chico (CARWASHES!).
-Open Mic Night:
----Frances set up a meeting with the Mugshots
guy to figure out whats happening.
----Our next Open mic Night is set for May 4th (Friday)
----Is everyone interested in continueing them?
----We gotta work on advertising!!
-Next Funding Round:
----We have a new application out.. process is kind of tricky..
we give them choices of projects to do, the pick one,
when they complete it, we give them $550 to do whatever
they please with it.. that's the gist of it :]
-MURAL:
----Things are really starting to happen :]
----Our next artist meeting is at Teaz Me Tea on April 26 @ 6:30
(Directly after our Nexus meeting which will ALSO be at Teaz Me Tea)
