Hey Nexians!
Things are starting to pick up. The end of the first semester is here and our first "STEPS FOR CHANGE" progress report is due shortly. We discussed this (and alot of other things) at the last meeting, BUT just in case you couldn't make it..
here's what we did..
YOUTH VENTURE-here's what we did..
- We had a Bake Sale on Saturday.. we made $100! WOO!
- We've been hanging out with the Sunshine Kids Club lately, we hope to collaborate a bit with them for STEPS FOR CHANGE
- Progress Report due Dec. 28th!!
- We're working on the logo (Sid, Oliver, Lili and Des)
- Barnes and Noble book fair on Jan 13-14 2008!
GRANT STUFF-
- PV and Chico High Schools presented to our group.. They both did awesome!
- Is everyone keeping up with here school site?? Questions on that?? Contact Des or Lina
- We received a letter from Prospect High School in Oroville for a change of funding
